ABM is Hiring a Janitorial supervisor Near Murfreesboro, TN
We are seeking a dedicated Head Custodian to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor care, commercial cleaning, and custodial duties.
Duties :
- Supervise and coordinate custodial staff in daily cleaning tasks
- Perform and oversee floor care maintenance including buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards
Experience :
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
